General Information and Conditions

  • Time will be billed in 15 minute increments.
  • We request that you provide at least 24 hours lead-time on all requests. However, last minute requests will be accommodated if possible. We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on a first come, first serve basis.
  • If hourly services are outside of standard Concierge On The Go business hours, additional charges apply.
  • Emergency/On Call services are not included in the discounted monthly packages and will be charged separately.
  • Concierge On The Go maintains the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees. As well as illegal or unethical. 
  • All errand rates include time from the beginning of the task and for the first 15 miles of travel. Travel over 15 miles will be billed SEPARATELY at the rate of $0.485 per mile.
  • The additional mileage fee is not included in and is additional to gift certificate time.
  • Privacy policy - All personal and credit card information collected by Concierge On The Go will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered. At no time will the collected information be disclosed to a third party except for the purpose of completing the client's financial obligation to Concierge On The Go or their selected service provider.
  • Concierge On The Go reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs. No refunds will be given.
  • Concierge On The Go takes no responsibility for any damages suffered as a result of using their services. In no event will Concierge On The Go be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data, or for direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, arising out of the use of or inability to use Concierge On The Go services.

Hours of Operation

  • Business office hours are 8:30a.m. - 6:00p.m., Monday - Friday, however we can be reached at any time.
  • Services may be available by appointment beyond business office hours (additional fees apply).

  Payment

  • Payment for all hourly service is due upon completion by cash, personal check, credit card and Traveler's Checks. We accept all major credit cards.
  • Discount packages must be purchased in advance.
  • A 7% surcharge will be added for all services paid in advance by Concierge On The Go.
  • All additional service charges incurred such as dry cleaning, groceries or theater tickets will be due upon completion of service. Larger fees (over $100) will be required in advance with a check made out to providing business or credit card access.
  • A major credit card may be held as a security deposit upon request of services.
  • $33 fee assessed for returned checks in addition to fees/charges imposed by banking institution.
